Slow Cooker Steak and Tomatoes

 

Simple and tasty slow cooker meals. Who doesn’t love them!?! This recipe is featured on Kraft Foods and is seriously tasty. The steak becomes so tender slow cooking in tomato juice and steak sauce all day. You’re going to love it! Nothing like walking in the door after work to a ready-to-eat tender steak dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean sirloin steak
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Put in the bottom of slow cooker.
  • Add steak sauce and stir around to coat steak. Add diced tomatoes and onions; stir once more.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
