Sloppy Joe Bowl – Easy Bariatric Dinner

Sloppy Joe Bowl - Fast and Easy Bariatric Surgery Recipe

Growing up, I didn’t so much love Sloppy Joes. Perhaps it was the Manwhich itself I didn’t love…but I really didn’t like Sloppy Joe night for dinner.

Once I realized you can make your OWN sloppy joe mix with a few simple ingredients, my mind was drastically changed. A skillet of sloppy joe meat is SO fast to get together and filled with warm and hearty flavors.

Bariatric surgery patients – this is a great meal option for you. Make a big batch and save the meat for leftovers. Steam up a bag of veggies and put your meat over it for a simple protein and veggie bowl! This is way I called this delicacy “Sloppy Joe Bowl.” See what I did there??
