Coat chicken in pesto and let marinade while an outdoor grill heats to 350 F.
Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160F. Remove from heat and let rest 5-10 minutes. Dice chicken and add to a large bowl.
To the bowl, add cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls and fresh basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using. Could also add additional pesto if desired.
