Bariatric recipe for flavorful honey mustard pork in the Crockpot®
The season of warm and hearty slow cooker meals are upon us! Chilis, stews and soups…oh my!
This slow cooker recipe is easy, peasy and falls perfectly into the warm and cozy category. MmmmHmmm. I served with steamed carrots.
*Side note: I’ve said this many times…I very much love my programmable crockpot: If you need something to cook for 6 hours, but won’t be home for 10 hours….it will switch the setting to “warm” when the time is up. Here is the one I use!

Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Pork
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless pork ribs
- 1 cup honey mustard
- 1 cup barbecue sauce lowest sugar you can find
- 1 tbsp spicy grill seasoning
Instructions
- Mix together honey mustard, barbecue sauce and grill seasoning.
- Spray slow cooker bowl with cooking spray and add boneless pork ribs (trimmed of any visible fat).
- Add honey mustard mixture to the slow cooker and turn to coat the pork.Cook on low for 6 hours.
