Lemon Ricotta – Soft Bariatric Recipe
Lemon Ricotta
Soft Bariatric Recipe
The Bariatric Soft Phase Diet can be so draining.
But perhaps you can agree…better than the liquid diet! At least we’re moving in the right direction.
If you start getting tired of all the same foods and need a little flavor change, Â you might try out this lemon ricotta as an option.
It’s not HIGH on flavor…it’s subtle on flavor. It has a light lemon taste without much tang like a Greek yogurt (although you could probably replace ricotta with Greek yogurt…)
As always, take things very slow as you introduce new foods after surgery. Very small bites, eat slowly and stop at the very first sign that you think you should.
