This recipe takes little to no time at all but brings your everyday eggs in a whole new category of flavor!

I love the texture. I love the fresh chives. I love that it feels fancy but can be ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup turkey bacon chopped and cooked
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Separate eggs, putting whites in a large bowl and yolks in four separate small bowls. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold in cheese, chives and turkey bacon
  • Spoon into four mounds on parchment-lined baking sheet; making a deep well in the center of each.
  • Bake at 450F for three minutes. Remove from oven and add one yolk to each well. Season with pepper.
  • Return to oven and bake until yolks are set, about three to four minutes.
