Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 quarts cold water
Instructions
- Add mint leaves to pitcher and muddle them slightly by slightly crushing leaves with the back of a wooden spoon.
- Add cucumber slices and water, stir and refrigerate minimum 20 minutes. Strain (if desired) and pour over ice to serve.
