Chocolate Mint Protein Shake

Bariatric friendly recipe

Chocolate and mint have always been a winning combination in my book.

Andes mints.

Thin mints.

Mint chocolate chip ice cream.

I should stop there before my mind wanders….

So this low carb and high protein alternative to a chocolate mint treat is perfect for staying on track and enjoying one of the best flavor marriages out there.

Remember, shakes aren’t always a good fit for all post-ops. Check out my video series on the DO’S and DON’TS of protein!
