Cherry Bomb Mocktail – Bariatric Friendly
Cherry Bomb Mocktail – Bariatric Friendly
Happy 4th of July!
In honor of this years Independence Day, I’ve created a very simple and refreshing beverage that I call the “Cherry Bomb.”
I recommend making this as a “Mocktail” and omitting alochol. Should you chose other ways, be sure to review the guidelines on alcohol after weight-loss surgery from your program and comply with the timeline your surgeon has given you on when you can drink. Always be in a safe environment and make sure you’ve been drinking water and having high quality meals. Small sips and pay attention to where you are. The affects of alcohol are felt very quickly after weight-loss surgery!
All that being said, this is a light and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for enjoying small sips. It’s also quite festive!
