Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (one large lemon)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Place basil leaves in the bottom of a short drinking glass and muddle it slightly by crushing the leaves.
- Combine lemon juice and water and pour over basil leaves. Add sweetener to taste.
- Put in the fridge and let steep an hour or more. Serve over ice.
