Insurance:

I am in-network with Aetna, United, and Cigna and can bill for patients residing in Kansas, Arizona, California, Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, Michigan, Colorado, Missouri, Oregon and Texas. Many patients with these plans have Dietitian visits paid in full with preventative health coverage. You can use the online booking below to have insurance benefits checked. If you find out you don't have benefits you will have the chance to decline the appointment.

Cash-pay:

For patients residing in other states or with other insurance plans, cash-pay is available for $130 per 60-minute session. Patients outside of the states listed above will receive nutrition coaching versus counseling. You will receive documentation from me describing the difference.
