Insurance:

I am in-network with Aetna, United, BCBS and Cigna. I hold a license in many states and may be able to get a license in your state if needed. Many patients with these plans have Dietitian visits paid in full with preventative health coverage. You can use the online booking below to have insurance benefits checked. If you find out you don't have benefits you will have the chance to decline the appointment.

Cash-pay:

Cash-pay is available for $130 per 60-minute session. These visits are HSA eligible or a super-bill can be provided.
