I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, United (UHC) and Cigna. Many plans cover Medical Nutrition Therapy with no out-of-pocket costs.Â

You can call your insurance company and ask if you have nutrition therapy and provide the CPT codes 97802 and 97803 for reference. There may be other opportunities for coverage but these are the common starting codes.Â

I am able to utilize insurance for patients in Kansas, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Missouri, Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon and Texas. I can offer health coaching to other states at a cash pay rate but not "nutrition therapy."Â
