Insurance:

I am in-network with Aetna, United, and Cigna and can bill for patients residing in Kansas, Arizona, California, Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, Michigan, Colorado, Missouri, and Texas. Many patients with these plans have Dietitian visits paid in full with preventative health coverage. You can use the online booking below to have insurance benefits checked. If you find out you don't have benefits you will have the chance to decline the appointment.

Cash-pay:

For patients residing in other states or with other insurance plans, cash-pay is available for $130 per 60-minute session. Patients outside of the states listed above will receive nutrition coaching versus counseling. You will receive documentation from me describing the difference.

For insurance patients: book online below! You will receive an email from Berry Street and they'll begin verifying insurance benefits. You will know before the appointment if you should expect out-of-pocket costs and given the chance to decline if needed. 48 hour cancellation notice is required but you will know benefits information prior to that time.
